Link to a forum : Registering a .it domain...

First comment from this forum :

"I'm really wanting to register a domain I've got my eye on, with a .it extension.

Are there any reasonably priced registrars that'll do this, and accept paypal (don't ask) as a payment method?

Currently all I've found is nameroute.co.uk, who are charging £30 (US$60) for one year. I can get almost eight .com domains for that......

Thanks for any replies"

Link to a forum : Sharing some tips

First commetn from this forum :

"Hey guys..... After reading the financial success thread, I thought it might be a nice idea if people who have been around domains for a bit took a minute or two or three to share one or more tips.

I'll get the ball rolling and hopefully others will chime in

Try and not be a jack of all trades when it comes to domains unless you have incredibly deep pockets to begin with. Try focusing instead on a few areas. Ones you can learn about inside and out. This makes it easier to get SOME kind of momentum going, to maximize sales opportunities, to maximize monetization possibilities, to be able to spot good deals on the acquisition side, to be able to purchase domains at a fair price that you can make an immediate profit on because you know how to best monetize or you have the benefit of volume."

"By request, this thread is being started as a central location to report domain name sales or purchases of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at the bare minimum please include the domain name(s) and sale price.

Good luck with your sales!"

"This is the last straw; I got ONE EMAIL PER DOMAIN REGISTERED asking if I want to register myname.tld last night apparently.

I just tried to transfer them away,
Authorization Code: Send by Email

After clicking, it's been about a day or so - nothing. I've checked and double checked.

I called 480-505-8877/8855 and was on hold for 2 hours, and then got asked half a million times why I wanted to transfer anyways, and why I wasn't satisfied.

As of right now, domains still aren't moved."

Link to a forum : Godaddy / Name Cheap Coupon Codes....

"Hello guys,
can someone please
share their godaddy/namecheap coupon codes so we can save a few bucks off each domain.

I used to have "david" for godaddy, and that would take $1 dollar off, then expired, now the current code for godaddy is "USA6" and that will save you one dollar per order, so order one domain per order to get for $7.95+$0.25 = $8.20 and Namecheap has the code "SAVE7993" and you get domains for $7.99+$0.25.

Can anyone share a BETTER coupon with me/us? I am only looking for ONE more dollar off, I have $1 dollar off coupons but I know a few people that have told me they have used $2 off coupon and the one I had expired.

Replies are MUCH appreciated, that extra dollar off will REALLY help when you think about dozens of domains, were' talking about saving $30 bucks.

Cheers."
